Carol and I now live in Ligonier Pennsylvania. We bought and completely re-did the home of my friend Dr. John H. Gerstner who was one of the outstanding theologians of the 20th C. Carol loves our home here and I have the entire ground floor for my library and a Biblical study center. We do continue to operate Painter Tool Inc. while we are trying to figure out how to transition from it into retirement and I to more time for ministry.
We now have 3 of our grandchildren out of college and one engaged. Family get- togethers are great. Come and visit when you are in town.

Stephen was one of the Hauntown boys. He, and my cousin Calvin Painter, were good buddies for many years. Stephen loved to smile and was a friend and wonderful guy. He was always ready and willing to do things for me, any time I ask. As one of my favorite people in life I will definatly mis him.
