He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Johnson Jr. and Arvilla Mae Johnson (Williams); and his wife Carolyn "Nazz" Johnson. He is survived by : his children, Frank Johnson IV (Maria) and Pam Yurcisin (Kary); his siblings, Paul Johnson (Rebecca) and Carol Hart (Don); his grandchildren, Melanie Demorest (Robert), Tori Bartlow (Dustin), Natalie Impink (Alex), Tyler Yurcisin and Aaron Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Brock, Karsyn, Declan, Axel, Easton, Ayla and Kruz.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 23rd 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 24th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
