Original Vice President and Founder of the TN Valley(Knoxville) Chapter

Jerry was one of the originals. Outside the club, he was a surveryor. He opened the Knoxville Chapter of the SCRC, now named the Tennessee Valley Chapter making the Southern Cruisers a multi-chapter club. He was the Vice President and Chapter Director of the SCRC and a driving force in the success of this club. He suffered a tragic accident which resulted in the loss of a leg. This did not stop him though and he eventually converted a bike adding a sidecare to give him stability.
Hip was all about music and could be found somewhere jamming with a band or friends. He was probably the leading force in bringing karaoke to many of our events. He married Crystal in a grand club event at Bullfeathers in Knoxville as was his style. He was devoted to his cat Smokey.
